Project Management
While the Action Plan and associated implementation and financing support are critical to the New Energy Cities program, we also understand that every community needs help building their capacity to have the wherewithal to carry on for the next 20 years. Our role can include ongoing, direct support to key staff and leadership as they build their own expertise, confidence, and track record of success. We offer expert project management to put the essential pieces in place, particularly in the critical first six months, and to help identify and hire the staff our pioneer cities need to carry our their New Energy City program.
We also introduce our cities to the wide network of clean energy vendors and consultants with whom we are associated.
